Dr. Dickie

Dr. Dickie is a board-certified plastic surgeon with a skin-focused practice serving Chicago’s North Shore. A native of Saugatuck, Michigan, her upbringing along Lake Michigan sparked an early appreciation for skin health and the importance of sun protection.

She completed her plastic surgery training at the University of Chicago and went on to build a successful cosmetic and reconstructive practice. Dr. Dickie specializes in the surgical management of skin conditions such as skin cancer, birthmarks, and scars, as well as facial rejuvenation procedures including facelifts and eyelid surgery with non-surgical aesthetic offerings that include Botox® and hyaluronic acid fillers. Her expertise also extends to breast and body aesthetics and surgical body contouring. She is a recognized leader within the aesthetic industry and has recently been elected President of the nationally recognized Plastic Surgery Foundation for the 2026–2027 term.

Dr. Dickie is deeply committed to patient education and lifelong skin care, believing that healthy skin not only enhances natural beauty but also supports long-term wellness. In collaboration with Stephanie Svec and the team at One Magnificent Medspa, she helps patients achieve and maintain radiant, confident skin at every stage of life.

Stephanie

Stephanie Svec began her career in medical esthetics in 2004 and has been a respected leader in the field ever since. She played a pivotal role in the creation of the Medspa at Fenner Plastic Surgery at Evanston Northwestern Hospital and later served as the Lead Medical Esthetician for NorthShore Plastic Surgery Medspa until 2017.

In November 2017, Stephanie proudly designed and opened One Magnificent Medspa, bringing her vision of elevated, results-driven skincare to life. She is deeply committed to continuing education and is known for providing the highest level of personalized care, combining advanced techniques with a refined, luxury experience.

Stephanie draws inspiration from traveling the world with her husband and visiting premier spas, thoughtfully incorporating elements of global opulence into One Magnificent Medspa’s signature treatments. She lives by the Golden Rule, infusing care, intention, and excellence into every detail of her work.

Beyond esthetics, Stephanie is a successful entrepreneur. She owned and operated One Magnificent Model, Inc., a commercial modeling agency, from 1998 to 2020. In her personal time, she enjoys physical fitness, yoga, skiing, gardening, and spending time with her large family—she is one of seven children and values strong family connections.



Stephanie's joy is her goldendoodle Bailey. Bailey is the sweetest boy, and they love taking long walks together, which keeps them energized and happy.

Kristi

Kristi Grogan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources from Purdue University and brings over a decade of experience in the medical and plastic surgery setting. Since 2010, she has supported high-level patient care while overseeing daily operations and team management within the practice.

As Spa Manager, Kristi plays a vital role behind the scenes, ensuring seamless operations, efficient workflows, and a consistently elevated client experience. With a strong background in organizational leadership and a passion for systems and process improvement, she is dedicated to supporting both the team’s success and the continued growth of the spa.

Outside of work, Kristi is a proud mother of two daughters and is married to a retired U.S. Marine. She enjoys crafting, gardening, and spending time with family and friends.

Margot

Margot graduated from the Warsaw School of Esthetics in 1998 and has built a lifelong career rooted in her passion for skincare. Known as our eyebrow master, she is dedicated to delivering exceptional treatments and outstanding customer service, drawing on decades of experience in the skincare industry. Margot believes in continuous learning and approaches her work with curiosity, positivity, and excellence. She is certified with Alma Medical Lasers and stays current with advanced skincare technologies. Margot lives in Northbrook with her family and her two Yorkipoo dogs. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening and long walks.

Elli

Elli graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where she studied creative writing and biology—blending her love for expression with a strong foundation in science. This unique combination sparked her interest in language, imagination, neuroscience, anatomy, and technology, shaping a well-rounded and thoughtful approach to wellness and communication. As our Social Media Manager, Elli brings creativity, strategy, and authenticity to our online presence, sharing our message with intention and heart. Her goal is to spread compassion, kindness, and curiosity while helping others feel informed, inspired, and supported in achieving their wellness goals. Outside of work, Elli enjoys reading, traveling, and exploring the many dimensions of health and wellbeing.

Rebekah

Rebekah is a graduate of the Cortiva Institute of Massage and has been a licensed massage therapist since 2016. She is passionate about customizing each massage to meet both your personal preferences and your body’s unique needs. Rebekah specializes in deep tissue, hot stone, Swedish, cupping, and prenatal massage, creating a tailored and restorative experience for every client. Her goal is for each person to leave their session feeling deeply relaxed, rejuvenated, and cared for. Outside of work, Rebekah enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and being with her two Collies.

Allie

Allie is a passionate and dedicated esthetician with extensive experience in the skincare industry since 2015. Fascinated by both the art and science of skincare, she loves helping her guests feel confident, comfortable, and beautiful in their own skin. As a dual-licensed esthetician and cosmetologist, Allie believes that everyone deserves personalized care that enhances their natural beauty and supports long-term skin health.

Her mission is to promote self-care, empower confidence, and deliver results-driven treatments. Allie’s expertise spans a wide range of advanced esthetic services, including laser treatments, facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, microneedling, PRP (as a Certified Phlebotomy Technician), lash lifts and tints, eyebrow lamination, eyebrow shaping, and tinting. As an aesthetic laser specialist and instructor, she is deeply committed to utilizing cutting-edge technologies and continually advancing her education to ensure her guests receive the most effective, innovative treatments available.

Outside of the treatment room, Allie enjoys spending time in the greenhouse caring for her plants and making memories with her family and her two lovable puppies.

Debora

Debora holds a Bachelor’s degree in Publicity and a Master of Business Administration, bringing a well-rounded and thoughtful perspective to everything she does. Throughout her career, she has gained valuable experience across diverse industries, including aerospace, packaging, and cultural events. She is consistently recognized by both clients and colleagues for her genuine care, professionalism, and commitment to others’ well-being.

Debora is a practitioner of Ikebana Sangetsu, the Japanese art of flower arrangement, and has a deep appreciation for theater and cinema. She actively volunteers by sharing flower arrangements with the public and gardening in her neighborhood parks. From spring through fall, Debora enjoys biking around the lake and spending meaningful time with family and friends.

Beata

Beata is a dual-licensed Esthetician and Massage Therapist with over 25 years of experience in the beauty industry. She is a national educator and trainer, sharing her expertise at MedSpa events and empowering professionals across the field.

Beata serves on the Board of Directors for America’s Beauty Show and Cosmetologists Chicago, where she co-chairs the Beauty Empowerment Project and Scholarship Committee. Known for her holistic approach, she delivers visible, transformative results and is passionate about helping clients reveal the best version of themselves. Beata truly brings the “Best of You into View.”
